Established in 1996, John McAslan + Partners is a leading international award-winning architectural and design practice based in London, with offices in Edinburgh and Doha. McAslan is Executive Chairman of the practice and is active in all of its work. It has received in excess of 150 design awards, including 25 RIBA national and international awards, three Europa Nostra Awards and The Queen’s Award for Enterprise (International Trade).
The practice is currently leading the refurbishment of The Burrell Collection in Glasgow, and has recently been appointed as architect of the £75m National Collections Facility for the National Galleries of Scotland in Granton, Edinburgh. In 2012 John McAslan was appointed Commander of the British Empire by Her Majesty the Queen.
